This worksheet is to help change you to remove negative thinking and beliefs about ourselves and turn them into positive ones. 

How to use:

List on the left side any negative thoughts, fears, insecurities, self-doubt, etc you may have about yourself. In addition any goals or dreams that you have pushed aside or you feel isn't obtainable.

Then on the right side write something positive to overcome or work past the negative statements such as positive affirmations or an action that will help you get closer to a goal. Read, write, and/or speak each positive statement repeatedly each day. 

The goal is to cut and remove the negative thoughts and believes about yourself and all that remains are the positive ones.
